The Mayor of Spring Lake has issued a Mandatory Evacuation for all residents who were previously affected by Hurricane Matthew.
It is also urged that any residents who WERE NOT affected by the previous hurricane, but live within 1/4 of a mile of the Little River, voluntarily evacuate.
There will also be a curfew reinstated again starting at 7:00 p.m. tonight and it will expire at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Vass Rd. (SR 690) is impassable at the Cumberland County/Moore County line due to fallen trees.
