The Minimum Housing Appeals Board is a quasi-judicial body appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Its responsibilities pertain to hearing appeals taken from decisions or orders of the Town’s Inspections Department and deal with Town Ordinance violations as they relate to Code and Minimum Housing standards.
The Spring Lake Minimum Housing Appeals Board consists of five members and two alternates who serve for three year staggered terms. All members must reside in the corporate limits of the Town.
